RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. All requests for returns and exchanges should be submitted online at Shop.RenfrewPro.com
  2. Products purchased through Shop.RenfrewPro.com are eligible for a return or an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Orders past the 30-day time period will not be exchanged
  3. Products can be returned for an exchange for the following reasons:
    a. Product quality issues
    b. Incorrect product shipped
    c. Others (please specify)
  4. Costs of returns or exchanges that are not result of Renfrew Pro™ service or quality will the responsibility of the customer
  5. Renfrew Pro™ products purchased via Shop.RenfrewPro.com can be returned or exchanged for a product of the same size and price within 30 days from the date of purchase. Orders past the 30-day time period will not be returned or exchanged
  6. Sale items are final sales. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
PRODUCT QUALITY POLICY
  1. If a customer experiences product quality issues with a product purchased on Shop.RenfrewPro.com, the customer must upload a photo of the product and include a description of the quality issue using the Returns and Exchanges function on the website
  2. Once the product quality issue is assessed by a Renfrew Pro™ team member, we will inform you whether or not the product qualifies for a replacement
